Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Cooling-off period: the period during which the consumer may exercise their right to cancel; Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession; Day: calendar day; Trader: the natural or legal person offering products and/or services to consumers; Right of withdrawal: the consumer’s right to cancel a distance contract within the cooling-off period.

Article 2 – Identity of the Trader

Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by the trader and to every distance contract concluded between the trader and the consumer.

Article 4 – The Offer

If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to specific conditions, this will be clearly stated. Product descriptions are provided as accurately and completely as possible.

Article 5 – The Contract

The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the conditions set out therein.

Article 6 – Right to Cancel

Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day the consumer receives the product.

Article 7 – Costs in Case of Cancellation

If the consumer exercises the right to cancel, the direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer unless otherwise stated.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel may be excluded for products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised items, in accordance with applicable law.

Article 9 – Prices

During the validity period stated in the offer, prices of products will not be increased except for changes resulting from VAT rate adjustments or obvious pricing errors.

Article 10 – Conformity and Guarantee

We guarantee that the products supplied conform to the contract, the specifications stated in the offer, and reasonable standards of quality and usability under applicable consumer law.

Article 11 – Delivery and Performance

We will exercise the greatest possible care when processing and fulfilling product orders. Delivery will be made to the address provided by the consumer.

Article 12 – Duration Transactions: Duration, Termination and Renewal

The consumer may terminate an agreement entered into for an indefinite period at any time, subject to a notice period of no more than one month.

Article 13 – Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made immediately upon ordering using one of the payment methods offered at checkout.

Article 14 – Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding the performance of the contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within 14 days.

Article 15 – Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights of consumers under applicable UK consumer law.
